GENERAL CONDITIONS OF SALE

These general conditions of sale apply to all sales concluded through the elsaparis.com website.

ARTICLE 2: ORDER 

We undertake to accept your order under the terms of these general conditions of sale as soon as your payment has been accepted.

Please note that we will fulfill your order within the limits of our available stocks or subject to the stocks available at our suppliers. When you order, we inform you of the availability of products you wish to purchase. However, if despite our vigilance the products prove to be temporarily unavailable (out of stock, reissue, etc.) after your order, we will inform you by email and will refund you or resend the product(s). If the products prove to be permanently unavailable (out of stock, works not reissued, etc.) after ordering, we will automatically cancel your order and inform you by email.

By confirming your order, you accept all of these general terms and conditions of sale, made available to you on the site and acknowledge having full knowledge of them, thereby waiving the right to rely on any contradictory document, and in particular your own general terms and conditions of purchase, the act of purchase entailing acceptance of these general terms and conditions of sale. This confirmation, as well as all the data that we have recorded, will contribute to the proof of our transactions.

elsaparis.com cannot be held responsible for any delay in marketing. 

ARTICLE 3: PRICE 

Prices indicated in euros are net, excluding shipping costs. They are subject to change at any time without notice, with items being invoiced based on the price in effect when the order is placed.

We reserve the right to modify our prices at any time, but we undertake to apply the current rates indicated to you at the time of your order.

All our prices are set in euros and follow community rules.

The price is payable in full and in a single payment upon ordering. All orders are invoiced and payable in euros. For all deliveries outside mainland France, any customs fees or local taxes remain the responsibility of the recipient. 

ARTICLE 4: PAYMENT

Payment for your purchases is made by credit or debit card. We accept Carte Bleue, Visa, and Eurocard/Mastercard via a payment module. You will need to enter your card number and expiration date in the designated area (secure entry via SSL encryption).

ARTICLE 5: DELIVERY 

Packages are sent to you via Colissimo

elsaparis.com is not responsible for lost, stolen, broken or delayed packages (we make every effort to send packages as quickly as possible; you can also track the status of your package using the email we send you after placing your order).

We are not responsible for incorrect address information provided by you when placing your order. If the package needs to be returned, the shipping costs will be your responsibility.

If you receive your package in apparent poor condition, refuse it and make a reservation so that you can file a complaint and claim compensation from the carrier.

ARTICLE 6: RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND REIMBURSEMENT 

Without prejudice to the legal provisions relating to product conformity, the customer has a period of 14 days from receipt of the product(s) ordered to exercise their right of withdrawal from Elsa Paris. 

To exercise his right, the customer must return the product(s) at his own expense:

• Not used
• With their packaging clean and intact 

We reserve the right to refuse a refund if any of the above conditions are not met. 

If the product is broken, lost, stolen or damaged by the carrier during return, we are not responsible.

The refund due or for returned products is made by credit card or bank transfer.
